Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Once payment is received, orders are processed within 4-5 hours during office hours
  • After office hours orders are processed the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (Singapore): 2–4 working days – SGD 5.00
  • Free Shipping: Orders SGD 80 and above qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Local pickup is available at our store locations (no shipping fee).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
  • Sstore is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Singapore. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.
