3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • We accept payment via PayNow, credit/debit cards, and other methods as listed on our checkout page.
  • SsStore reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed within the stated timeframe.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days within Singapore, unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping fees apply as stated on our website. Free shipping is available for orders above the minimum spend stated on our Shipping Policy page.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
  • No refunds will be issued. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Sstore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • All products should be used in accordance with the instructions provided, and customers are responsible for ensuring suitability for their own needs.
